1. Who we are
Momentumn ("we", "us") is a company based in Spain that provides AI-native go-to-market operations services. We are the data controller for personal data collected through momentumn.com and in the course of our client relationships. This policy is written to meet the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
2. Data we collect
- Contact data you send us through the contact form or by email: name, company, email address and the content of your message.
- Business relationship data needed to deliver services: contract details, correspondence, invoicing information.
- Technical data collected automatically when you visit the website: IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps, as recorded in standard server logs.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data through this website.
3. How we use data
- To respond to enquiries and provide requested information.
- To negotiate, perform and administer service agreements.

4. Legal bases

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Contract and invoicing data is kept for the periods required by Spanish commercial and tax law. Server logs are kept for up to 12 months.

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@momentumn.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted connections, access controls and limited data retention.
