1. Who we are

Momentumn ("we", "us") is a company based in Spain that provides AI-native go-to-market operations services. We are the data controller for personal data collected through momentumn.com and in the course of our client relationships. This policy is written to meet the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we collect

  • Contact data you send us through the contact form or by email: name, company, email address and the content of your message.
  • Business relationship data needed to deliver services: contract details, correspondence, invoicing information.
  • Technical data collected automatically when you visit the website: IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps, as recorded in standard server logs.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data through this website.

3. How we use data

  • To respond to enquiries and provide requested information.
  • To negotiate, perform and administer service agreements.

  • To comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting rules.

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (contact enquiries), performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (service delivery), our legitimate interests (website security, business administration) and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting, email and accounting providers, under contracts that require them to protect it. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on adequacy decisions or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Contract and invoicing data is kept for the periods required by Spanish commercial and tax law. Server logs are kept for up to 12 months.
